Head Machining
 

  

 Cyl Head valve seats being precision machined on a Serdi 100 machine. All three seat angles are machined and valves synchro seated. Finally valve seats are vacuum tested prior to removal from machine.

Valve guides are replaced prior to valve seat machining and Cyl Head face is machined if required.
     

Head Assembly
 

  

 Head being assembled after machining and final clean. New v/stem seals are fitted and performance v/springs as required.
